Today, a few hours ago, I went to pick up something for my wife. The saleswoman was super friendly and upbeat, Tamira. I asked what she wanted to be when she grew up. She laughed and volunteered she was twenty-five. It was meant to be a joke, and she took it that way, but not really. I often ask younger people this question who are wait staff, checkout people, etc. I have met young people who want to be artists, business people, a crypto millionaire, a clown, other careers, and some stuff I did not understand. It’s always a great way to connect, at least for a moment.

This young lady, Tameria, wanted to be a vet assistant. I asked her why she wasn’t? Her answer was that she didn’t know where to start and she was…
